W artykule przedstawiono regulacje prawne dotyczące finansowania ze środków publicznych kosztów leczenia w Polsce dzieci cudzoziemców nieubezpieczonych w kraju pobytu lub kraju pochodzenia. Ze względu na prawo międzynarodowe prawnym obowiązkiem jest zapewnienie dostępu do opieki zdrowotnej dzieciom cudzoziemskim niemającym statusu świadczeniobiorcy, zwłaszcza w razie zagrożenia ich życia lub zdrowia.
Abstract:
The article presents legal regulations on the financing of the costs of treatment in Poland from public funds for children of foreigners who are not insured in their country of residence or country of origin. Due to international law, it is a legal obligation to provide access to healthcare to foreign children who do not have the status of a beneficiary, especially in the event of a threat to their life or health.
